Does my client need to create an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and start reviewing. No app to download.
How do I send them the link?
Wherever you already talk to your client: a chat, an email or a message. It's a regular link that opens in any browser.
What files can I upload?
PNG and JPG images, and PDF documents. The maximum file size depends on the plan.
What happens if I upload another version after an approval?
The approved version stays approved. The new one starts its own review, and the history keeps both.
Who can see my deliverable?
Only people who have the link, which can't be guessed. You can revoke it anytime or let it expire.
Are my files safe?
They're stored encrypted, with a separate key for each account, and our team can't open them or get into your account. The review link can't be guessed.
Is my work protected while my client reviews it?
Yes, if you turn it on: your client reviews, comments and approves with all the detail they need, without walking away with your work too early. Available on plans with work protection.
