Does my client need to create an account?

No. They open the link, enter their name, and comment right on the image. Your client never pays or signs up.

How do I send them the link?

Wherever you already talk to your client: chat, email, or text. It’s a regular link that opens in any browser.

What files can I upload?

Images (PNG, JPG, WebP, and HEIC), PDF documents, and videos (MP4, MOV, and WebM). On a video, your client comments at the exact second. Maximum file size and video length depend on your plan.

What happens if I upload another version after an approval?

The approved version stays approved. The new one gets its own review, and the history keeps both.

Who can see my deliverable?

Only people with the link, which can’t be guessed. You can revoke it anytime or let it expire.

Are my files safe?

They’re stored encrypted, with a separate key for each account. Our team doesn’t access your content: our internal dashboard only shows usage and billing. We’d only access it if required by law or if you ask us in writing, and that access would be logged.

Is my work protected while my client reviews it?

Yes, if you turn it on: your client reviews, comments, and approves on a watermarked copy and can’t download the original. Available on paid plans.
